The YuTuian Residential Area - or simply either Y.R.A or Y.T.R.A - is currently the largest residential sector in Crestfall after the Smashian Residential Area was breached. It is located north of the Commercial Area and the Citadel. It has a population of 1,150, and is home to people of all ages and ethnicities.
Crestfall had first begun by fortifying a small suburban area, and finally surrounding the housing with large walls which later became the Commercial Area . When the people realized there were too many survivors overflowing the area, they decided to add an expansion sector westward for constructing residential buildings for residents. This was the first sector to be added onto Crestfall, which is the main reason it is the most populated.
The YuTuian Residential Area has a very urban feel and is famous among Crestfall (and the surrounding area) for its technology and innovation. It also happens to be infamous for small internal wars caused by differing opinions and the intolerant nature of the citizens.
The area is home to many people, including some of Crestfall's most famous innovators, artists, and mechanics. It also has a large child population, coming in at just under a half of the residents being 13 or under. The people in the sector are often irritable and prone to violence, causing said flame wars.
After the Smashian Residential Area (or S.R.A) was breached, many of its inhabitants moved to this area. Some of the Smashians did not like the overbearing presence of children but most had gotten over it.
The area is rather fortified, but there is still a small chance of it being breached as well.
Considering this sector is furthest away from the Old City and its infestation, it is one of the safest.
The name "YuTuian" derives from the phrase "You too?" when housing costs were accelerating in the Commercial Area before this new sector was built, resulting in homelessness and unemployment.
