Rosina Lanette, otherwise known by her title Rose of Crestfall, is the Scarf Ancestor of Haru. She worked as the second-in-command of the Scarf Heroes' Health Committee. Apart from being a Scarf Hero, she was a mother of two who supported her children up until her departure.
Despite her title, she is irresponsible for the rose's relation to the Scarf Heroes. She always wears her committee's signature red scarf in order to show that she is willing to help.
Her weapon is her own scarf, dubbed Rose Thorn.
Having been born in the Farmlands, Rosina lived her life wondering why everything seems so different than what she expected. Her mother was a businesswoman, often leaving the house to her father's care. Every once in a while, she would travel with her mother to the urbanized areas of Crestfall for transactions. She wanted to help her family save up so that they may move to the likes of the YuTuian Residential Area.
Upon reaching the age of 16, she became lost in the city, something quite rare for her. She ended up walking through multiple back allies, ending up at the Citadel. There, she was given directions back to the Farmlands, to which she spent the rest of the day travelling to. Her mother grew concerned and had almost alerted the police, but she said she was fine. Rosina then walked into her room, grabbing her knitting kit, and began to knit a scarf. The only color she had at the time was red, so she went ahead and used it to make a scarf. She was determined to join, no matter what, as those were the people of which she saw as hope.
After being accepted into the Scarf Heroes, she kept to herself as a member of the health committee, bringing a first-aid kit wherever she went. After a few years, she had been quite well known in the Farmlands as a sort of role model, a person everyone wanted to be one day. She never let this get to her head, instead continuing to help others the way she usually did. During one trip to help the Farmlands, she met a young man who had injured his leg. After fixing it up, she introduced herself to him, being invited to dinner. She did not disagree, and soon came to love this man.
She soon earned enough money to move to a comfortable little house in the YuTuian Area, where she raised her two children. Haru, the eldest, was a rather intellectual one. Aki, the youngest, was a playful soul. She could feel her hope raise from her family's love. no matter what happened, their family would stick to each other, even if they fought. This lasted for 11 full years, ever since Haru's birth, up until Rosina was tasked to try and establish a peaceful relationship with a forming group; the Crows. Reluctantly, she prepared items for a peace exchange, unaware that her son had always taken notice of her nature and was watching her intently.
A long ways into the Tunnels, Rosina was shocked to learn her son had followed her into the tunnels out of worry and curiosity. Left with no other option, she decided to allow Haru to accompany her. Haru was on rather good terms with the Crows, much to Rosina's joy and fear; she would begin to ask herself, "Would it be possible that Haru would join the Crows one day?" Despite her worry, Rosina simply moved her attention to Kevin, who was to inspect the parts for use. Apart from her son, her other main worry would be the fate of Crestfall; could things fall sour and lead to a rebellious fight of the Crows and the Scarf Heroes?
With unfortunate luck, none of the parts Rosina had brought were required, leaving Kevin rather angry. In response, Kevin threatened to kill her son in front of her. Left without any other options, Rosina struck a deal with Kevin; she would resign her affiliation with the Scarf Heroes and join the Crows, provided her whole family be safe. Kevin finally agrees, letting the child fall into his mother's comforting arms. As he was led away, Rosina wrapped her scarf, Rose Thorns, around Haru's neck, hoping that Haru may affiliate himself with the Scarf Heroes one day.
The next few years took a toil on Rosina, but she managed to keep herself within check with her knowledge and intuition. However, due to a rather peculiar electrical impulse, the Crows turned their backs on her, presumably killing her.
